This was my first time at this salon. My therapist was lovely! However I had a few issues with the Brazilian and under arm wax. It was a very painful appointment with thin wax layers being applied and pulled off in small jolting movements which made it more painful than it needed to be. There was also a few instances of my therapist trying to scratch the remaining wax left from the strip off which was uncomfortable. I was left with a lot of remaining wax which has ruined my underwear.
