Booked via Treatwell, which led to an issue with clashing appointment times, but the owner made a real effort to fix this so she could see me before my holiday. She also squeezed me in for extra time when I decided I wanted a more voluminous look after getting a natural set of lashes done - she went over and above to make sure I left happy. Brows were also excellent - the beautician actually listened to what I said about wanting to retain length, and properly talked me through her proposal.
