Genuinely the best massage I have ever had. I've had a lot of massages in my life so far, but the instant relaxation and loosening of tension I hadn't even realised I had was amazing. Halfway in, Eve managed to unblock something in my spine and the relief was incredible. I will definitely be back! The atmosphere is also wonderful and clearly a lot of love and care has gone into the spa and the whole experience.

The space at Ninispa is really inviting and the tea room is a lovely touch. The treatment room was clean and cosy, with a bathroom and shower. The deep pressure massage incorporated hot stones, as well as some light stretching, which was really therapeutic and Eve's technique was fantastic - I would recommend her in a heartbeat! She was really intuitive and focused on areas where she could feel I was holding tension. Can't wait to visit again!
