The massage itself was nice, but the experience was quite uncomfortable. I was early because my sister’s appointment was 15 minutes before mine, and as it was raining, I came inside with her. I explained I was happy to wait, but three different therapists commented that I was early. I never asked for my appointment to start early or for anyone to hurry. I was polite each time, but the repeated comments made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
