I’ve gone back to this spa multiple times and they’re always very accommodating and kind. I’ve had appointments with different employees and they’re all very kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel uncomfortable as the spa feels very private.

Straightaway I was greeted with a warm welcome and allowed to rest in a relaxing waiting area with gentle soothing music. This was so much friendlier, cleaner and professional than other places I have been to! Francesca was also friendly, gave instructions clearly and I had a very thorough massage which seemed much longer than I expected - it was worth every penny and I felt revitalised. The Tea Room after the massage was a nice touch and I felt valued as a customer and never rushed. Fantastic!
