We were 4 mins late and the hairdresser was already gone for the day! Wasn’t offered to rearrange for another time, the man in there just shrugged his shoulders. Appointment had been paid and I was calling on the way there to say we would be a few minutes late but no one was answering the phone! I understand we were late but still the attitude …
