Awful and unprofessional service. The treatment took longer than they've told me, so I missed my appointment that was scheduled nearby afterwards. Different prices were mentioned and at the end they charged me an extra £5 saying they had to pay Treatwell fee... that's so irrelevant to a customer booked through Treatwell. The staff didn't look like they've been trained well at all. Just an unpleasant and unprofessional service altogether. I will not be coming back.
