Good place for a cheap and cheerful shellac. They can sometimes go a bit hard on your cuticles though.

I really enjoyed my experience at Professionail. The women were very nice and friendly although the woman who did my acrylic and polish questioned me over the length of the nail telling me to ‘be careful as they are so long’. As a frequent wearer of long nails I found this patronising. She also questioned me again after I asked for 2 coats of glitter polish. I found this rude as £30 is much higher than their competitors and as the customer I should really get what I’ve asked for, given its no inconvenience for they technician.
Other than these slight hiccups, I really enjoyed my experience. The staff were familiar with their regular customers, the environment was clean and I loved that they had friends on Netflix. It made my time there very relaxing!
