Pretty much as you'd expect from a large venue, multiple chairs and basins, the girl was nicely detailed with my pedicure but I always wish they scrubbed your feet more. Manicure was good quality and lasted well. I received a complimentary bottle of water which was nice and they have two large screen TVs playing subtitled Netflix films so you can see what's going on (no chance of hearing it). Id go back again.
