Good quality products but job was rushed and neglected at the same time and attention to detail and quality was poor. They left me under the fans for over 30 min, then had to redo one nail twice as it was rushed and then told me to go. They also had difficulty understanding me when I asked for a cuticle oil or lotion to finish the job as my hands and feet became too dry after so long under the fan. Possibly because only two staff were handling four people (including walk-ins who were prioritised over booking). My experience may be an exception given the good reviews but definitely bad first impression. Unlikely to return again.
