This is usually my favourite salon but I left with four bleeding fingers after getting my cuticles attacked rather too vigorously. Will return but will not be letting a man do my nails ever again!

I booked for a removal and manicure and my my nails are left scratched and damaged from method of removal. I queried but they said it would be fine. In all my years never had it removed this way and think it's the norm is some London salons for ease to take off with machine but it scratches the nail bed and is used for ease not for customer satisfaction I did not get a full manicure but charged fir this. Nails are uneven length All in all very poor service and would not recommend this place to anyone
