Lovely therapist and treatments and competitive rates. The treatment room itself is clean and pleasant and there's a nice massage chair, but there is noise from the gym outside, so not first choice if you want a soothing experience.

I found the facial pretty average to be honest. The therapist was really lovely, however I think she used cotton wool pads to remove the products between applications, which doesn't remove everything and one ends up with little bits of tissue on your face. I didn't think the skincare products were legit either - nothing I've ever seen before. The room itself is within a gym, so there is some high beat music that comes through. I think this is probably a good spot for manicures etc but I wouldn't recommend for relaxation therapy treatment.
