I had two waxes at the salon and they were both fine. In my last appointment I was running a few minutes late and called to inform the salon this but she basically said she would record me as a no show as I ran late before. I did run late before but it was beyond my control and I informed her that time. The way I was spoken to was very rude. I believe this could have been communicated politely. I do not reccomend this place as the service you recieve varies.
