Everything was exceptional, Shalini even stayed after salon opening hours to do my balayage. When I came in my hair was blue and when I left she’d transformed it into an amazing blonde. Thank you so much again for the warm welcome and your patience doing my hair! Whether you’re looking for a small or big change, I highly recommend going here as you’ll be leaving with newfound confidence :-)

They gave my daughter a hair cut but after she had washed and dried her hair I could tell that they haven’t been cut straight sadly.

I had a great experience at Niha I started off by going to the Croydon branch however the ladies were really sweet and happily took me on to do my hair. My hair was done by Hilay who talked me through the process and helped me make the right judgements for my hair. I was very happy with my results and would definitely go back and ask for her as I truly enjoyed my experience.

Worst. Place. Ever. I work in a salon, this place is completely unprofessional and definitely a wonder as to how they are still open! The pedicure chair looks and felt like a death trap, the pedicure bowl was a foot spa you can purchase for a tenner from Argos. It was overall a waste of money, my nail polish didn’t even stay nice, it’s literally all ruined! I am going to have to paint my own nails on the day of an event! I will be asking for a full refund. Staff are clearly not educated enough.
