No electrolysis which was the only reason to drive 40 mins from Bromley to Croydon. Overall average, beautician not professional at all !!! Pretty disappointed. Should remove electrolysis from treatment options !!!

During the wax, the door was sometimes left open as another colleague continuously was walking in and out to get wax for another customer. The member of staff who dealt with me was very good. More training needs to be given to other members of staff regarding customer service awareness.
