disappointed I booked appointment with salon manager but ended up with someone with much less experience, while she spent a lot of time perfecting the cut the appointment ended up taking twice as long as advised

Andreas is an angel!!! I've just had the best haircut I've had in years! we had wonderful conversation and he's such a delight to be around. The care and attention that Andreas gave my hair was brilliant and he really made me feel like my hair mattered. His professionalism and expertise are second to none! I highly recommend him and the salon!!! Thank you so much!!!!
