Overall - very happy with my hair cut/blow-dry and for the price, even better! My hairdresser (I think, Andres) was efficient but a little quiet. I'm used to a little more chat but cannot fault his professionalism - loved the products used and my hair smelled great. A little more massage when they applied the shampoo etc would've been fab - it's my favourite part! :) I think there were one too many members of staff so they were loitering around which I'm not a huge fan of seeing nor seeing staff eat their lunch. However, I'll definitely return as I was happy with the final product & price.

Only problem was when I booked it online it said £3 but I was charged £5 in shop
