Awful customer service over the phone and in the salon, the Thornton Heath branch is much better! everytime i speak with someone in this Croydon salon they are rude and never interested in taking a booking or answering a simple question i may have, i went here once to get my eyebrows done and when i walked in all I got were rude looks from top to bottom! disguisting behaviour and they all speak in another language which is extremely patronising!..they need to be aware that some customers do understand the language like me!
staff was very friendly! i went on a tuesday and rabia and her colleague where very welcoming! rabia done a great job on my hair! keep up the great work guys. x
