Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the staff were. I booked a 10am appointment and when I went the shop wasn’t open. I waited outside for 20mins before giving up. This shows their commitment, which is poor. Don’t offer appointments you can’t keep.

I arrived in plenty of time for my 11:30 appt however at 11:45 the therapist had said my booking had been made for 12 so I waited til 12. There was another lady there that offered me a drink and kept me company so just abit frustrating that the treatwell booking had different times on my confirmation than they had in their system. The treatment itself was good and Jinn did a great job of removing my stubborn acrylics. The owner Niha arrived and ended up doing a further treatment for me unexpectedly so I was really pleased and happy with the service, the staff there are lovely.
