I arrived in plenty of time for my 11:30 appt however at 11:45 the therapist had said my booking had been made for 12 so I waited til 12. There was another lady there that offered me a drink and kept me company so just abit frustrating that the treatwell booking had different times on my confirmation than they had in their system. The treatment itself was good and Jinn did a great job of removing my stubborn acrylics. The owner Niha arrived and ended up doing a further treatment for me unexpectedly so I was really pleased and happy with the service, the staff there are lovely.

booked mani and pedi with Nana, but was given another staff member who did the mani. polish was messy and bled into my cuticles. had pedi with Nana, she was great, care and attention to detail. it's a shame I didn't have her to do my mani otherwise I would have rated the review 5 star.

The staff were really friendly and attentitive. They had a decent selection of colours to choose from
