I arrived earlier than my appointment but I did not have to wait long. The hairdresser was very efficient and pleasant as usual and so was Niha herself. The only thing that could be different is the waiting area. There are two island seats that look very nice but are not comfortable and practical. And the other seats are in a row against the window. Very nice service and very pleasant staff.

First time getting my nails done here and really pleased with them. Will definitely come back.
Gel Nails Manicure
Highly recommended if Ana Maria’s doing your mani pedi. I booked a classic mani/pedi and eyebrow threading. Started with Ana doing my pedi, which was amazing. She was gentle and very knowledgeable. I really wish the foot scrub/massage lasted longer cause it was so soothing. She painted my nails perfectly too, seriously can’t fault her.
But it then went downhill from there with Rosie taking took over to do my mani; it was a mess. I know she probably thought painting the nails messily and then using a cotton bud to clean up would overall make it a great mani but unfortunately it was far from that. I think going forward it’s best to do it neatly from the very beginning then clean up to perfect. Eyebrows was also done by Rosie, this was just alright but I wouldn’t recommend. Definitely sticking to my usual lady at a different location. Overall, I’ll only book a mani pedi again if I can have Ana Maria.
The venue itself is beautiful, and everyone’s lovely and very accommodating. Tea and coffee was offered multiple times, great gesture.

I had a herbal facial by Nish, she was professional, polite and very considerate. and haircut by Andrew which was great. I will definitely go next time.
