Honestly, I have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews. I have asked for a simple bob, I showed the photos of myself just a couple of months ago as a reference - the lady barely looked at them, started cutting until she cut too short, then she was not able to see that the length is different on both sides, and then her colleague tried to fix it and now it’s just the worst haircut I ever had. I am so upset and angry. There is 0 of care and regard for the customer.

The wax was quick and relatively painless, barring the wax being just a little bit too hot on one occasion. The results were great and after 12 weeks of not being able to arrange an appointment, I am really happy with the result.
