I booked an appointment at 9am for facial threading. It got to 9 o'clock but no one arrived. If wasn't until 9.15 that someone showed up. I had another appointment I needed to get to by 10.30 about 20 mins away so I thought I had left plenty of time so I didn't mind too much about having to wait. After going in however, I let the woman know that I had. A threading appointment at 9. She then told me that she didn't know when the threading woman would come in. And could I wait for 20-30 mins. I told her that I couldn't wait as I had another appointment however she could not speak English very well so she didn't really understand what I was saying. I tried also to let her know that I had already paid online so I want a refund as this was unacceptable. She simply ignored me and told me to sit down. This was incredibly stressful for me as I had to leave and go elsewhere to get my threading done. I still have not received my refund. Will never go here again. Absolutely appalling customer service and time management. Also, the place look very unclean.

Hadjar was amazing. I bought my friend in for a birthday treat a manicure and pedicure. Her nails came out beautiful. Hadjar is a lovely therapist and very good at what she does. I would recommend!
