I turned up to the appointment 5 minutes late, which they made quite a big fuss about and mentioned more than once as they had another client right after me. Then they made me feel bad about my hair when I asked about putting highlights in, they were shocked I used henna and wouldn't even try putting highlights on top or recommend a better colour. The cut wasn't great, very choppy and was left to the assistant when the next client came in. Not impressed and will not be going back.

I absolutely loved my haircut.
Blow dry is done to the perfection.
