I have been to this salon twice now and Niha was excellent. Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience where Niha was unavailable and therefore I had Shalini. Shalini is nice as a person but I was left with very bad hair colouring. I am now having to get my hair re-done elsewhere to remedy the damage caused. If you want beautiful hair and a balayage then Niha is the only best person. Niha is the only one who knows her profession well.

Shalini was very good , I was apprehensive at first as i have only had the owner do my hair, but she was very good , will definitely use Shalini again to do my hair

They tried however as I have mixed race hair it isn’t the easiest to cut. They said they could do it but couldn’t. They offered to cut it whilst dry- not possible. Then blow dried it with no products, I had to explain that mixed hair NEEDs products before drying. Then once it was dry she used an Afro comb to comb it... I left looking like I had just woken up from a very rough sleep at night. If you don’t have straight hair, this place isn’t for you.
