Throughout the service the stylist insulted the condition of my hair.
I am growing out lightened damaged hair and she kept on pointing out the damage, laughing with her colleague and ripping at my hair with a comb. I dont use heat on my hair and she used straighteners without consulting how I wanted it styled.
The cut is AWFUL, literal chunks cut out and different lengths.
The eyebrow wax result was good but I had to sit in a chair with no neck support with my head tilted back.
