I highlighted my hair which I told her I needed a brown and blonde shade which I do everytime. And she did ash silver and very dark greyish colour, it wasn’t the blonde and brown colour and now I had to make another appointment which they will use more chemicals to give it a more brown shade, however it is not guaranteed as we will experiment with it as it’s ruined kinda.
