I arrived on time and was kept waiting for over ten minutes. When I enquired about my waiting time for my treatment the receptionist said the staff were busy. She then went she told them I was waiting. Both members of staff started bickering about who would carry out my treatment. I found this annex very unprofessional snd walked out of the salon. I will never attend the Croydon branch again first and last. I called up the manager who listened to me complaint but still have not heard back with .

I was initially booked with shalini but somebody else did my treatment.She was terrible she gave me a full face waxing instead of threading thought she will do eyebrows with threading but nope and it was bad she did not even wear a mask and was breathing on my face while providing the treatment and chatting to another lady in the little space while waxing my face and both of them was not wearing any mask and even charged me more than the price on treatwell.
