Everything pre-polish was brilliant; cuticles, cutting and filing, moisturising, massage etc. Unfortunately it felt like the polish stage was rushed so they could see their next client; it was uneven and didn’t fully cover the nail, so the end result looked no better than I manage at home. A shame as it’s a nice venue with lovely staff.

Nelofar was so lovely and kind. I had had not had a great day but she made it so much better. She also gave me confidence in my natural hair which was great. Thank you!
