The salon keeps asking for more money than what they have put on Treatwell. This is the second time they did this to me. This time I made sure to book ahead via Treatwell to cofirm prices. I purposely chose long hair and I was still told that I have paid less and it’s really unethical to do this to the client. They should either put exact amount they want for a treatment or not hassle later in front of other customers.I noticed that I still had a bit of white roots after treatment.Happened TWICE

Going for my Hollywood wax I was really scared but Nelofar and the staff at Niha beauty made me feel welcomed. On arrival I was given a complimentary water with the business logo on it. Very nice presentation. The salon is so beautiful with lovely couches and display of beauty products offered.
The wax was fantastic I rate it 5/5.
Nelofar is so sweet she made me feel so relaxed and made sure I was okay the entire time. She helped ease my worries so much. Thank you Nelofar I will be back soon!

Welcomed at Reception and despite me having to postpone my appointment at the last moment, everyone was friendly and there was no wait at all. It was hot so a fab was arranged for me and I was offered refreshments several times. Also happy with my actual pedicure which was thorough, professional and with lovely polish applied!

Absolutely perfect - loved Nilofer for her professionalism and patience! She dis a perfect job with my eyebrows and very kindly explained to me how to take care of them. Can’t wait to book again!
