It was a very hot day and the salon was practically empty. My pedicure was great though and I was offered coffee and water during my time there. It was not a massive deal for me but in terms of preference, the chair I was sat in was not quite as comfy as the ‘regular’ pedicure chairs I’ve sat it before.

Naziya is just a pro! She shaped my brows exactly how I wanted and that with minimum pain (I have really thick eyebrows) so I couldn’t be happier. Plus she’s always kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Pedicure was really good, relaxing and professional, I enjoyed it, they offered me a cup of coffe and biscuits, I had a foot massage which was great but the products were almost finished, the lady had to struggle to take them out and the polish was not applied nicely close to the cuticles. Arm wax: horrible, very painful, the lady went over my elbow multiple times because she couldn't remove the wax and when my skin got red she said that I have sensitive skin, I had some hair left and I asked her to remove it with the tweezers and she's done it VERY slow, I said that like that it would hurt more and to take them out fast but she continued slow so I told her to stop to hear again "your skin is too sensitive" I wouldn't recommend the wax
