This is a slightly out of the way venue, about 10 minutes walk from its local high street. But why not give it a go? The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the cut was fine, and actually very good value for its type. I think I'll go back soon.

It's always a treat to be at Nico's - it feels really personal but also very professional. I had accidentally booked a haircut rather than a blow out, but they were super accomodating of the change and even sorted the refund from Treatwell for me. Can't wait to go back!

It’s a shame but I won’t be returning here again. I’ve come three times before and have had Ecco and David who were delightful, cheery and caring in their service and really made me feel good about myself. This time I went, I booked quite last minute so wasn’t able to request them. I had an older guy, I think his name might be Tony(?) and he avoided eye contact with me during the whole experience, and was complaining about my hair to Nico in Turkish. This was a really uncomfortable experience. Nico tried to translate what he was saying to me (definitely a diluted version too) as he could probably tell I looked uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave. Also he was asking if I booked on treatwell in Turkish... he speaks English and he could have asked and talked to me directly. I have nothing against people speaking their mother tongue (I myself speak Arabic) but when you’re clearly being talked ABOUT and not TO, in front of your face, whilst being treated on, it’s just disrespectful. The whole experience ruined everything and I won’t be returning. I noticed as well that as I paid on treatwell he put so much less effort into my hair. Also handled it very harshly. I didn’t even want to pay for this but didn’t kick up a fuss. Never coming back again to a place that I used to really like.
