So impressed with the attention to detail and explanation throughout. I had a bad hair cut at a different salon and Nico junior worked with me to get it looking nice again! End result is the nicest I've seen my hair. Excited to come back. Thank you!!

The hairdresser cut off more than I asked for despite telling him twice what exactly I wanted. He also changed my parting exclaiming "a new look for you". I did not want a new look. The manager had to come fix part of the cut job at the end. The cut and styling looks rushed and it was rushed- my hairdresser told me he was hurrying as the manager wanted him to see to the next client. Awkward. This place weirdly has a glimmering Instagram portfolio but no way would I have made it onto there.
