Second time booking with Natasha and in love with my hair. Framed my face so nicely😍

I did not enjoy my blowdry with Natasha.
The experience was rushed. I asked for a wavy blowdry.
Natasha asked me if it was ok to dry with hairdryer first and then use the special iron. I agreed.
However when I arrived home I realised my hair was still wet and overall the blowdry did not last, not even for the evening and my hair ended up looking messy. I have thick hair and normally a blowdry lasts me up to a week, so this was a poor result. I would not recommend it.

This is one of the best haircuts that I've had in London. The stylist gave recommendations for my face shape and was able to work with my vague idea of what I wanted.
Unfortunately, the salon was not very welcoming. The staff were on their phones texting a lot and the general vibe was unprofessional.
