Nicole was very friendly, warm and customer focused. She patiently talked me through all the treatment options and honestly steered me on what would and wouldn’t work on my skin.
She was not pushy and made sure she understood the type of results I was after.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the pigment did not come out as strongly as I wanted, but that is clearly something that will differ depending on skin tone/type and is not a reflection of Nicole’s skill!

I've been to Nicole several times and alway found her to be a very kind and caring lady. She is extremely passionate and professional and obviously loves what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I would also say in these scary times of covid I felt very safe. The salon took my temperature and I hand sanitised before entering everyone wore masks. I am very pleased with my treatment results.
