Nicola was knowledgable, professional and really put me at ease. I’d actually booked the wrong facial for my skin. but she informed me straight away of my options smoothly we moved into something right for me. Even though the one i booked was more expensive that didnt matter to Nicola she wanted to make sure i got what was right for me. Relaxing, soothing and all of the above.
