The final result was satisfactory, but I experienced a half-hour delay because the previous customer's appointment ran longer than expected. Reem explained and apologised for the delay, however, it was not my fault and my appointment time shouldn't have been affected. Additionally, the hair wash was not thorough, taking less than 5 minutes with little effort, leaving me unsure of which part was the 'express treatment'.
