Stylist was rushed and left me with an awful cut. She barely spoke to me about what I wanted before she rushed me through a wash and cut. I had reference pics that she didn’t look at. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and had to go straight to another salon to have it fixed. It was the worst haircut I’ve ever had, I was so embarrassed. Left a message with the salon to complain, they called back to “rebook” me in. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Never going back
