This was my first visit to the salon, I was happy with the whole experience, from the head massage whilst having my hair washed, to my lovely haircut, Bella was lovely and I came out loving my new haircut, I shall definitely be returning 😊

Probably the strangest experience I've ever had. It took 32 mins start to finish. Didn't get asked how I wear my parting, if I wanted it dried straight or curly, if the length was ok etc. All felt very chaotic and I'm now really upset with my hair.

Frankie was exceptional, very soothing and relaxing wash as well as very thorough curly blow. I have quite thick hair so she took the time to make sure it was all dried to the best it could be. Very happy and will be rebooking with Frankie.
