Frankie was incredible, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable right from the off. She was super skilled and was explaining to me all different ways that would work specifically for my hair and needs. She was really so lovely to speak with and she did such an amazing job I honestly got emotional. I am so grateful to her and her attentiveness she made my day and my weekend.
