stylist ruined my fringes even when clearly mentioned multiple times,how i want it, the solution by the senior stylist was to apply pins to hide them and grow and come back cuz couldn’t fix them,stylist wasn’teven empathetic or sorry for the damage.

Sebastian was very professional and engaging. But…I was very unhappy at being charged £32 for a disappointing bouncy blow dry. Sebastian is still a trainee and learning his craft. The charge out should reflect the experience.

just got a haircut with Sebastian and I’m obsessed! He gave me long layers that look so soft and flowy exactly what I was hoping for. He’s super easy to talk to, really listens, and makes the whole experience fun and relaxed. My hair feels so fresh and I’ve already gotten compliments. Definitely my new go-to for haircuts
