I booked a hair cut with Joao who is a head stylist. A day later my appointment was changed to a different stylist, Reem, who is a senior stylist. However when I arrived for my appointment, it was a completely different stylist, a junior stylist called Bella, working on my hair. Reem was next to me working on someone else shortly after I was seated. So I have paid the price for a head stylist and my hair was done by a junior stylist. Also, my hair was cut much shorter than I wanted.
