Ladies' Haircuts
Changed my appointment from Kit to another stylist on the morning of the appointment, I was looking forward to Kit cutting my hair as he had great reviews on the website. I wasn't given any explanation as to why this changed and the stylist I did get was none the wiser. Haircut was OK but not convinced she was a Senior Stylist and after specifically asking me how long I wanted my fringe cut it too short. Apart from that it was OK

First colour treatment and excellent experience. Theo really took time to listen to what I wanted and I’m really pleased with the result. 10/10
