I’ve come here for years and the service is always exceptional. Today the stylist I was paired with was obviously out of her depth at this salon. However she right away admitted to not being able to cut my hair as requested and staff at reception rescheduled me with one of their higher tier stylists on another day. So though I was disappointed I couldn’t get my haircut I was treated professionally and kindly. This salon is worth every pence. Peace.

I had had a bad haircut previously at another salon. Alison was very thoughtful, listened attentively to what I wanted and I was very happy with the final result. Really good cut and I’m going back for a balayage.
