worst experience in my life! rude staff,lousy service! Alison scraped my scalp and pulled my hair while washing it and almost burnt my scalp when drying my hair!my request to trim transitional part to the front in slanting way to keep the length was refused.then I was left alone waiting confused for long.One staff even gave me a dirty look when I was stressed.I had to sign sth so they can shirk responsibility.plus,nothing was used to make my hair look better.shameless them to charge £50!

my 3rd or 4th visit to this salon. staff are friendly and offer great service. My hair stylist listened to what I wanted and gave great attention to what they were doing. will be coming back!
