The worst experience, my hair was cut so badly. heavy handed hairdresser, uneven cut, layers put in that I said I didn’t want and then hair having to be cut so short to try and rectify. This experience ruined my Christmas, I couldn’t go out!

The experience was okay, for the price. I didnt like my blow dry (it ended up in ringlets) and my bangs were cut shorter than I would like (I wasn't asked how long I wanted them). It was a cheap cheerful haircut, you get what you pay for! My hair did feel very soft afterwards, which was nice.
