I had my hair cut short with Klaudia today, I've always been long hair my whole life and it's almost like a signature of me. For a personal reason I have to have it short for the first time and it's a emotional one. Klaudia handle it very well with her kindness and understanding. She keeps checking on me, letting me know everything will be ok and keeps hope. I will continue reading the little book that you gave me Klaudia, thank you! I actually quite like my new hair hoping to keep it longer...
