Very disappointed with this facial. An excessive amount of time was spent repeatedly washing my face, and both cleanser and scrub were repeatedly applied over my eyes and mouth,leaving my eyes sore for the rest of the day. The extraction stage was brief and only carried out on my nose, with no attention given to other areas of my face.Overall, the treatment felt poorly executed and did not meet the standard I would expect from a professional facial.Unprofessional salon refused to issue a refund

My eyebrow threading was good, but Nicky was late to the appointment and wasn't prepared to accept payment via Apple Pay (or any method other than bank transfer). The service itself was good; it just took quite a long time when the service was short.
