It was a little confusing where to go for the actual appointment, was a bit disappointed when the pictures didn’t match up to how the basement looked. Waited for 15 mins until someone realised I was there for my appointment. Then while I was having my lashes done, there were a lot of things going on around me, making it a little stressful to sit there with your eyes closed. Treatment took longer than it would usually take anywhere else. Staff is really nice, just not a great experience.
