I booked in for a deep-tissue massage, but unfortunately I felt that my massage was mediocre. The therapist did not apply enough pressure. It was relaxing, but I felt that it did not get at my deeper muscles/connective tissues. Additionally, the massage room was very cold and did not have a heated massage table or even blankets to cover me, I was only covered by a towel, so I was cold the whole time. The venue was very clean and all staff wore masks, which was a relief during Covid-19.

I must say my 1 hour Thai massage was amazing. The therapist was very firm (using techniques I had not experienced before) and professional which was just perfect for my needs as a Sports Coach - she spent more time focussing on specific areas of need whilst still making time for the full body experience from head to toe. I left feeling rejuvenated and I will return for sure! Thanks so much
